Author
Instructions
(Full Manuscript)
Author
Information
When you receive notification that your abstract
has been accepted, the Technical Program Chair, Sally Pardue, will provide
instructions for submitting two versions of the full manuscript. Use the
templates below to prepare your files for submission. If you feel that
an appendix is necessary to enhance your paper, it is requested that you
limit it to one page.

deadline information, including
deadlines.
Abstract Template
Abstracts
may be submitted for consideration by using the abstract template and
submitting to the conference paper
submission website.
Paper Template
Because
the Southeastern Section Conference proceedings will be published on CD-ROM,
papers must be prepared using the conference proceedings formatting instructions
shown below. Use the Word document file as a template to prepare the paper
and then upload a PDF version of the paper at the conference
paper submission website.
Paper
File with Line Numbers
The reviewers
of the manuscripts would like your paper to include line numbers to facilitate
the review process. This will allow reviewers to reference exact
locations in the manuscript in their comments. To upload the paper,
please go to the conference paper
submission website. Additional information may be found on the
Author Information
page.
Paper Length
Each
paper can be a maximum of fifteen pages long.
Extended Abstract
A book of abstracts will be available at the conference. The book of abstracts
will contain abstracts for papers being presented at the conference as
well as abstracts for presentations not accompanied by a paper.
Abstracts must be prepared using the extended abstract format below.
Use the Word document file as a template to prepare the extended abstract.
Please do not send a pdf file - the extended abstract must be in Word
format so that the pages of the conference book of abstracts may be numbered.
Release of Copyright
To publish
a paper in an ASEE conference proceeding, release of copyright is required.
Once your paper has been accepted for publication, the release of 2016
copyright
form
should be printed, signed, and uploaded with the final version of your
manuscript at the conference
paper submission website. |
