Paper Deadlines

• Sept. 11, 2015 - Deadline for submission of abstracts via the conference paper submission website.

• Sept. 14, 2015 - Authors will be notified regarding acceptance

  • Each paper will be assigned to a division or unit, and the identity of same will be conveyed to authors by mid-November via e-mail.

  • Authors can login to the conference paper submission website to view their abstracts and the assigned division.

• Nov. 6, 2015 - Full length paper due from authors for peer review

  • Follow the format guidelines for your paper in the Author Instructions when preparing your paper.

  • Login to the conference paper submission website using instructions provided in your e-mail and submit (upload) your paper in electronic form.  Two files should be submitted for each paper (one file with line numbers and one file without line numbers formatted according to the instructions).

• Dec. 11, 2015 - The division or unit chair to whom papers have been assigned will post comments to authors for revision in the conference paper submission website.  Authors can login and see the reviews and comments.

• Jan. 15 , 2016 - Final manuscripts, copyright forms, and abstract  entry into paper system due.

  • Submit at the conference paper submission website.

• Jan. 30 , 2016 - The presenting author should register for the conference by this date (at least one of the authors should register by this date).
