assigned to a division or unit, and the identity of same will be conveyed to
authors by mid-November.

Authors can login
to conference paper submission
website to view their
abstracts and the assigned division.
- Dec 2, 2014 - Extended abstract due from
authors for peer review [Note - Your original abstract did not have format
requirements; the extended abstract does since it will be published in the
Book of Abstracts.]

Jan 9, 2015 -
The division or unit chair to whom papers have been assigned will post
comments to authors for revision in the conference paper submission website.
Authors can login and see the reviews and comments.
- Jan 30, 2015 - Last day for authors to
return revised extended abstracts for final review to the conference paper
submission website.
- Feb 20, 2015 - The
presenting author should register for the conference by this date
(at least one of the authors should register by this date).
